Step1：Switch to correct keyboard connection mode

How to connect with Kzzi 2.4GHz wireless keyboard?
Step2：After switching the keyboard connection mode to 2.4G, long press key FN+P or FN+0(kzzi K20 wireless numpad).
Step3：Key P or Key 0 will flash, which means it is searching for the wireless signal. For example, the Key 0 of K20, the key P of i75 series, K75 series, K98 series. If they are flashing, the keyboard is trying to with devices via 2.4G dongle. If we see some key is flashing, then plug in the dongle into the device. If they connect with each other successfully, the key will stop flashing and we can use the keyboard.
How to connect kzzi Bluetooth wireless keyboard?
Step1: The same step to switch the keyboard mode to Bluetooth connection.
Step2:Then press and hold the key combination of FN+Q/W/E for 3 seconds to pair with the keyboard. We can see key Q/W/E is flashing or Key 1/2/3 of K20 is flashing, which means the keyboard is in the pairing mode.
Step3: To connect with the wireless keyboard, open your computer or mobile device's BT setting. and search for "Kzzi-”keyboard model name”, like K98". Select it to finish the connection.
Step4: Similarly, repeat the step2 and step3 to connect and pair other BT devices using the Fn+Q /W/E key combinations. After storing other Bluetooth devices successfully, short pess Fn+Q /W /E to switch between the devices.
Some Common Troubleshooting Connection Issues
When switch to wireless mode, the keyboard has no action.
1、Check if the battery of the keyboard is fully charged.
2、 Whether the keyboard mode button is fine. If it is not, maybe in the wireless mode, we can still use the wireless keyboard with the cable.
